What You Need to Know

Cancellations apply to all clients.

A minimum of 48hrs notice will be needed to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately anything less than 48hrs will require a 50% fee of your appointment value. 

This must be paid before you make any further appointments.

If you have paid the £25 booking fee, this will be kept on contribution to the cancellation fee - the remaining balance will be required before booking any further appointments.

I understand life gets in the way and things happen unexpectedly, however less than 48hrs notice is a hard appointment time to fill. I need to keep these policies in place to maintain an sustainable business. 

LATE ARRIVALS

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked, however you will still be charged your full appointment.
